Spark Dealer Group Acquires Burleson Outdoor Power Equipment and North Texas Farm & Garden

DALLAS–FORT WORTH, Texas, Mar. 4, 2026 — Spark Dealer Group has acquired Burleson Outdoor Power Equipment and North Texas Farm & Garden, two established outdoor power equipment dealerships serving customers across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
The acquisitions do not change day-to-day operations. Both dealerships will continue to operate with the same employees and customer service approach customers rely on today. Existing equipment brands offered at each location will remain in place.
Burleson Outdoor Power Equipment and North Texas Farm & Garden were led by Conner and Jenna Kirkpatrick, who built strong local reputations through experienced teams, dependable service and long-standing relationships with homeowners and commercial customers across North Texas. Spark Dealer Group’s role is to support these businesses while preserving how they operate locally.
